The research on the electric control system of electric drilling rigs in China began in the mid-1970s. At the end of the 1980s, under the premise of drawing on foreign advanced technology, China's first DC-driven ZJ45D land electric drilling rig was produced. In the 1990s, deep well DC electric drills, such as ZJ50D and ZJ70D, were produced by introducing foreign core electrical control simulation units. In the late 1990s, on the basis of the introduction of foreign all-digital control technology, the research on the electrical control system of the digital rig was started. For example, the digital DC converter was used to upgrade the analog control DC electric rig to the digital control DC electric rig. The all-digital electronic control system is the mainstream of the current electronic control system. It uses a microprocessor to implement software control and has perfect fault self-diagnosis, operation, display and protection functions. The control parameters of all aspects of the digital control system can be adjusted in real time to meet the new requirements of the drilling process and real-time changes in drilling conditions.
In recent years, the AC variable frequency speed control technology has been applied to oil drilling equipment to produce a full digital AC drive electric drill. AC drive electric drilling rig adopts AC frequency conversion speed regulation technology, which can adapt to the requirements of drilling technology, simplify the mechanical structure of the drilling rig, reduce the maintenance work, improve the safety, reliability and transportability, and the winch is small in size and quality. Light, low failure, easy maintenance; wide speed range, can achieve stepless speed regulation; can achieve constant torque output at very low speed, realize CNC automatic drilling pressure automatic drilling, improve drilling time, optimize drilling technology, and deal with underground Accidents and the like are very beneficial. The new drill control system is precise and easy to operate, which frees the driller from heavy manual labor and pays attention to the operation skills and the optimization of drilling parameters.
At present, the electric control system of electric drilling rigs in China has two forms of analog control and digital control. There are DC drive and AC drive on the drive mode. The variety of electronic control devices can meet the different needs of users. In the function, the position closed-loop control function of the starting and lower drilling process is added (that is, the function of preventing the upper jaw from being hit), and the use of the disc brake is applied, thereby ensuring the safe operation of the device and reducing the nervous operation of the driller. At the same time, the automatic feeding function has been added to achieve constant speed and constant pressure drilling to adapt to different rock formations and improve drilling quality.
